It will be a whole platoon worth of players versus 2-3 platoons of the enemy forces or more depending on certain conditions or mission plans. This will require the whole platoon, this is also optional and up to change to the platoon leader’s discretion. Platoon team: Will mostly be at the FOB but will have their own command vehicles. Platoon leader Lead the combat versus the enemy. Platoon 2IC will lead the logistical details. (repair, refuel, resupply and delivery of supplies) Platoon medic Leading the medical team Platoon FAC Standard things Platoon RTO Standard things Platoon drone operator most likely the Darter, but the Sentinel has been an idea Alpha squad; Heavy weapons squad MAT AA and HMG will be last to arrive after the beachhead has been cleared and have the nemera Bravo squad: Airborne squad will get humvees once it’s clear to drop at the FOB Charlie squad: Airborne squad will get humvees once it’s clear to drop at the FOB Delta squad: Mechanised squad badger Echo squad: Mechanised squad badger Foxtrot squad: Will be divided in two for the medical team and engineering team(4 each) will be on standby until they have the go to land once the FOB has been set. Mortar team: Standard mortar team will arrive with the heavy weapons team, they will have their own humvee dropped in and equipment. Prophet team: Standard prophet team however they will be near the landing behind enemy lines Raptor team: 1 apache 2 pilots or 2 CAS little birds 2 UH-60s (armed) 2 pilots 2 ai gunners each 2 medevac UH-60s Knight team: 2 Merkavas dropped in at the beachhead once it’s secured Details of the mission Map: Altis, Tanoa, Chernarus, isla duala, isla abramia, lingor or dingor (options but still thinking which would be the best one to perform the mission on) Time: Break of dawn with time acceleration Mission type: Beach landing/invasion Weather conditions: A little foggy but it will dissipate, adding some wind to fuck with prophet Medical: CSAR FOB: Up to the Platoon leader’s discretion but there will be recommendations. Enemy: Undecided as of yet, but thinking about using Russian VDV with either flora or emr desert. Also, since it’s an invasion expect enemy home field advantages. Bunkers and strategically placed defenses or assets. Mission duration: N/A due to the first time zeusing a main mission and how well people will behave and do the mission. But it’ll most likely end in 2 hours Note that everything here is subject to change until fully tested and submitted to a CM. I need to know if this idea has peaked a lot of peoples interests, if not i'll just shelve the project and make something else. Feel free to comment below to give me your thoughts, I've been thinking about this idea and working on it for a while.
