Mopafid Posted April 2, 2017 Report Share Posted April 2, 2017 Do note this guide is aimed towards people that have next to no experience with the zeus mode, and simply want a quick overview of what the different buttons you'll most often encounter actually means and do. BASIC UI 1 - Selection menu for anything spawned 2 - Spawn vehicles/turrets/etc with or without its crew 3 - Spawn selection menu 4 - Search bar 5 - Side menu in order; BLUFOR, OPFOR, Independent, Civilian & Empty/Misc 6 - Type menu in order; Single Unit, Compositions, Modules, Map Markers & Recent 7 - Navigation bar, time of day and mission duration. UNIT ATTRIBUTES 1 - Selecting the unit in the selection menu 2 - Set the name of the unit 3 - Set the rank of the unit. AI will target higher ranked things first, else no effect. 4 - Stance in order; prone, crouched, standing & automatic 5 - Sliders for health, ammo & skill. (Skill = accuracy) 6 - Nobody seems to know what it does, presume unused 7 - Arsenal for the selected unit - Works just like it does for us players VEHICLE ATTRIBUTES 1 - Selecting the vehicle in the selection menu 2 - Set the rank of the vehicle. AI will target higher ranked things first, else no effect. 3 - Sliders for health, fuel, ammo and skill. (Skill = accuracy) 4 - Lock or unlock the vehicle from being enterable 5 - Lights in order; Searchlights, normal headlights & nothing 6 - Respawn in order; on issued reinforcement wave, on death & no respawn 7 - Nobody seems to know what it does, presume unused 8 - Cargo - ACE_Wheel is the spare wheel found through ace interaction in all wheeled vehicles (To see vehicle inventory, refer to 9) 9 - WARNING! TAKES LONG TIME TO LOAD - Is basically an arsenal for the inventory of the vehicle GROUP ATTRIBUTES 1 - Selecting the group in the selection menu 2 - Set the name/callsign of the group 3 - Set the skill (accuracy) of the entire group 4 - Set the formation of the group 5 - Group behavior in order; Careless, Safe, Aware, Combat & Stealth: Careless = ignores combat, strolls around with gun down Safe = Same as Careless, but will change to Aware if they encounter enemies Aware = This is the default mode. Units will attempt to use cover and move at medium speed. They will be combat ready. Combat = Units will be expecting combat, and will utilize cover and formations as much as possible. Stealth = Units will attempt to keep themselves hidden and behind cover, they will mostly try to avoid combat. 6 - Combat mode in order; Never fire, fire when fired upon, hold fire engage at will, fire at will & fire at all engage at will Engage means the unit will break out of formation, if no to engage, unit will try to stay within formation while firing. 7 - Unit speed in order; walking, combat pace & sprint 8 - Unit stance in order; prone, crouched, standing & automatic 9 - Nobody seems to know what it does, presume unused Hope this helps! T'is just a small guide for people that wanna get into zeus'ing, but find it hard to understand the base UI. I'll be writing more complex guides for modules, dos/donts and various tips'n'tricks.
