Slouchy Orc 525 Posted August 26, 2018 Report Share Saddly I won't be able to make it. I have to deal with a 19 hour drive and moving to a new town that weekend. Quote Link to comment

Patheticflower 10 Posted August 28, 2018 Report Share Why do you make this a calendar event when it's exclusive to the people you invite? Quote Link to comment

So I can exclude the people that I don't want to have playing, and simultaneously make other people jealous. Now for the actual answer and none of this teasing; it's a calendar. I'm running this for members of the community, so why shouldn't I notify them via the community calendar? I see only you complaining and if I broke or "abused" any system or rules I'd get notified by a CM or a Mod. So why shouldn't I make this a calendar event to notify these people when its happening and to keep tabs on who is absent and who will be present? In addition, I already did the general RSVP in a thread a while back, this is nothing more than a confirmation that they'll be attending. Oh, and lets not forget that the last session was also announced in such a fashion. It's a nice encompassing way for everyone to know it's going to happen, and it's a nice way for everyone to be quickly notified if anything changes, along with a nice way of having a reminder when it's happening, in addition to a swift way of distributing the information necessary for everyone that needs to know. And let's be honest, nobody's really bothered by this aside from a few jealous people. Now, not to be rude but, I shouldn't have to explain my actions to people that don't really have a thing to say about it so unless a CM or a Moderator suddenly tells me off from organizing these in this manner, I'd prefer it if you kept this type of comments to yourself. FloofyFloof 386 Posted August 29, 2018 Report Share Unknown on my part, as I moved out I've been having some issues that need resolving and I'll probably be not present this week end. Yay. Quote Link to comment
ChaosShadoWolfe 308 Posted August 29, 2018 Report Share Then why did you RSVP that you're going? Either way, getting your shit together takes priority over having a bit of fun. 1 Quote Link to comment
