You are a special detachment of the CSAT Viper Team forces - Codename Venom. You are the best of the best (pfffft), and have been specifically chosen for this operation based on your experience and multiple role capabilities.
After gathering your intel from the last operation you conducted, your superiors have put the pressure on NATO. This has escalated and now a large skirmish has broken out on Tanoa, between friendly CSAT forces and a mix of NATO and NATO backed militia.
Your job is to get behind enemy lines and eliminate their command structure. We believe them to be stationed at either of the comms stations in the Tanoan mountains, but are unsure for which. Operation begins at dawn, you should ideally get out before it's fully day. You operate best in the dark.
This mission will be difficult, and assets from the main fight may be brought back to deal with you if you are spotted early. Exercise the utmost caution.
SLOT RESERVATION:
DISCLAIMER- I will actively be playing favourites for the slots of this mission. It will not matter what order people comment in, and tags will not have 100% guarantee + priority. I will ultimately have the final say in who gets what slot.
All slots here are reservable. Do not take a role and then leave last minute.
All loadouts have been premade and will be shared via public loadout.
Minor tweaks have taken place to the loadouts from last time, most notably to scopes to make your lives easier.
Uniform: Viper Team Gear including helmet with NVG/Thermals.
Primary Weapon: Most are equipped with the QBZ-95-1, with grenade and LMG variants for those roles. DMR has Type 115, a special gun with both 6.5mm silenceable barrel and an unsilenced .50 caliber rifle.
CRANE will need to grab a LR from the arsenal, loadout can only save one backpack.
Loadouts can be tweaked slightly. Anything you don't want can be dropped, but do not take anything extra. For instance you can swap existing mags for non-tracer variants, or the bandage setup, but not taking more without authorisation.
All units are equipped with 6+1 magazines minimum, and the ammo bearers carry extra ammo for standard rifles. Additionally one rifleman will assign themselves as medic, to be able to PAK the CLS should they need it. (NOT taking any extra medical equipment)
