Autorifleman Assistant training

I'll tentatively RSVP for this, can't guarantee so far ahead that I'll be free.

But this is an awesome concept for training. I've only had like 3 really good experiences as a Fire-Team in the many times I've played as either AR or AAR 

If a reg would like to help out with the training they are more then welcome to. 

@Missy If you run any on the weekends I'd be happy to help out, ive played assistant a good few times now (its the role i've played most probably) so if your running any weekend ones give me a shout

If needed, i can help with what i know during this particular training. My preferred role is also aar, and been playing it about 90% of my time here. 

Do you guys know how to aar properly? This training is to make sure that people understand it's much more then just being the ammo bitch

Ive learnt on the job from quite a few regs. Going through spotting methods, things to ask your AR whilst at the arsenal advising your AR on their shot etc. I think i know it proper

Spotting, identifying and ranging targets, use of sswt kit, trenching, securing ar, guiding shots etc. At least that much i can help with, if it is of any use.

Of course, foremost i will be there to learn anything that is new to me and adapt to different ways of doing it, but i willdefinitely help out with anything i can, if it is of any benefit to you and everyone else. 

I just like to have a person that can help me out in case there is some who are struggling and needing extra help as I have to go into zeus to spawn down things for you guys.

now this fact that i might not only carrying ammo around as a AAR is news to me. I definitely need to attend  

@Aledo this is the is why I am doing these. I will go into everything you need to be an aar.

Will have to drop out of the training. IRL plans have popped up. I hope someone will be able to record the session

FYI I should be around and on ts during this, so even though Missy has had to cancel, if there are still a decent number that want to do training for this or any other trainings then please feel free to jump in the general training channel and give me a poke, if there are others on that are able to assist in training I'll try and twist their arm to join in and maybe we can have multiple groups offering different types of training...

I will let @Winters take this training as I can no longer do trainings due to having on going suicidal thoughts.
