  ++MISSION BRIEFING++

 

Player Force:  Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand".

Enemy Force: ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Objectives:

  1. Reach containment site and gain entry.
  2. Locate the red pool containment chamber and determine source of containment breach.
  3. Activate Site Alpha Warhead and evacuate.

Situation Report:

At 04:00 hours ||||||||||||||||||| site containing SCP-354 has experienced a catastrophic containment breach, and contamination of the surrounding area has escalated into a K-Class scenario, warranting immediate Foundation action to ensure neutralization or re-containment. Fifty percent of North America, including Canada and the United States, has been contaminated with concentrations and instances of SCP-354. At the current rate, contamination of the world's oceans is imminent. Contacts in the United States government have been instructed that, unless informed otherwise, saturation bombardment of North America with atomic weapons should be carried out in the event of operation failure and if containment becomes impossible. Alpha-1 elements are en route to the site to attempt neutralization of SCP-354-1 and, if possible, re-containment. In the event that containment is not possible on-site, the Alpha warhead is to be detonated...

MISSION SUMMARY: This will be a heavily themed mission. The mission will be making use of a reduced Standard FK Arma 3 modset in addition to some others to enhance the theme of the mission these will be posted as well at the bottom of this event page in a compiled list. Tags for applicable roles are being enforced and will not be different from standard slotting.

  1. The improved Melee system can be configured by esc > options > controls > configure addons > WebKnight's Melee.
  2. Primary Weapons with an attached bayonet can be used to bayonet enemies by use of the improved Melee system Buttstock Hit/Bayonet Charge ability.
  3. Those streaming or inclined to listen should be aware that music and sound effects from the SCP Universe and games will be played throughout the mission.
  4. Briefing will be conducted from the map screen.
  5. Due to mission constraints total players in mission minus Zeuses is limited to 46.
  6. Some doors and new areas in mission will be locked behind doors synced to key cards which will also be scattered throughout the mission.
