-This is a priority message from UNSC High Command-
- Insurrectionist activity on Madrigal has been escalating of the past months with a number of militant strikes, organized movements and operations across the planets surface. In addition a number of convoys heading in and out of the local system have failed to report in and it is suspected that a possible insurrectionist fleet or base is operating in system.
- Command in response to these events has dispatched elements of the Third Fleet under Admiral Preston Cole to suppress insurrectionist activity in this region and protect the interests of the United Earth Government and greater humanity. Specialized detachments of ODST units have as well been made available for this operation and are to be used in operations of particular import in this theater of operations --

Insurrectionist activity on Madrigal has been rising following the formation of the United Rebel Alliance from the disparate rebel groups across the colonies following these events the URA has declared war against the United Earth Government and subsequently against all UNSC forces on Madrigal.
URA Forces have at this time seized the town of Caralis and captured members on the UNSC Garrison forces there whos whereabouts are currently unknown.
As well Sierra Outpost has been attacked with the vehicle depot there now in the hands of the URA.
Finally, the Caralis Manufacturing plant has been taken and reports of sabotage are being made by civilians still inside the facility.

MISSION SUMMARY: This will be a heavily themed mission with elements taken from the fictional world of Halo. The mission will be making use of the Arma 3 mod Operation: TREBUCHET which will be posted as well at the bottom of this event page in a compiled list. Weaponry within the mission will be restricted to Halo universe based weaponry and will be restricted to per your chosen role. Tags for applicable roles are being enforced and will not be different from standard slotting. Squad Structure and PTLN structure will remain the same for this mission.
