There are 3 possible events you can create. Here they are and explained how:
- Mission Planner: The mission planner is for Main Missions. You have to follow this guide line for the requirements. These events also need approval by CMs.
- Training Planner: The Training Planner is for Training events. If you are running a Training use this calendar.
- Community Events: This is for games other than Arma 3 or special events in Arma 3 which take place during off hours. This includes reserving the server for you and your friends to play together.
If you do something on the Training Planner or the Community Events Calendar, it is preferred that you either take the 2nd Server or make sure nothing else is running at the same time.

Due to an interest ive seen in the community in playing this game ive decided to organize a larger venue for a game of Hearts of Iron - Millenium Dawn.
For this game, we will be playing the Millenium dawn mod which changes the scenario in which the game takes place to a more modern age in addition to a couple other mods which can all be found at the end of this document.
Depending on the number of people who RSVP or show up for the event we may organize the players into teams for the game. This will all be taking place on one of the game lounges on the Team speak server at the designated time for the event. I'm not expecting the game to be finished in the allocated time but if there is an interest in continuing after the time slot or organizing another calendar event that can be done as well.

So @Katla_Haddock and I have had the ingenious idea of using that thing called the editor to not plan Zeus missions, but make actual missions out of the box that can be played!
This session will be hosted on my spare PC/server, with the usual FK modpack. The same usual FK rules will apply so behave!
We have 3 missions lined up for you;
Team VS Team by myself, Trouble In Paradise on Temebelan Island. It is 47 slots, all infantry. Based in the resort area of the map, African Miltia defend against US Army forces in the early morning, with some thick "atmosphere" going on ? Team VS Team by Katla, There Are More Russians JPEG. 54 Slots : American Forces fight the Russian Army for control of a strategic position. Co-op VS AI mission by Katla, I'VE RAN OUT OF NAMES 60 Slots : The Russian Army are expanding their military efforts in the northern region of Chernarus, US Forces have been deployed to push Russian forces back. Each mission should take easily less than an hour, so we should be done well before the end time.
Priority will be given to Regs+ if the demand is high enough, and we will meet in a temp room near the start time. Slotting may be based on tags depending on attendance. If you have any questions feel free to ask in the comments below!

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ THE GUIDE BEFORE ATTENDING:
This will be mostly a practical session, going over and quizzing on bits in the guide on the second server.
Topics to cover/practice:
FAC Gear Landing Zones (LZs) Area of Operation (AOs) Battle Points Racetracks and Orbits 6 Lines I will likely have another FAC trainer or tagholder along to assist, so we can split people up and cover more ground quickly.
If only 2 or less people attend we will shorten this session and try to schedule an in mission training.
PLEASE remember about this event or let me know in advance if you cannot attend. I am available on TS, the forum or Steam if you have me. I've made the effort to create this event and to take time out of my day to teach you, the least you can do is show up.
