There are 3 possible events you can create. Here they are and explained how:
- Mission Planner: The mission planner is for Main Missions. You have to follow this guide line for the requirements. These events also need approval by CMs.
- Training Planner: The Training Planner is for Training events. If you are running a Training use this calendar.
- Community Events: This is for games other than Arma 3 or special events in Arma 3 which take place during off hours. This includes reserving the server for you and your friends to play together.
If you do something on the Training Planner or the Community Events Calendar, it is preferred that you either take the 2nd Server or make sure nothing else is running at the same time.

I will be on after mains for a while and am looking to start back with help training people.
I'm no official trainer, but have in the past done 'FNG' training, just an introduction to Arma and how we play Arma in FK zeus missions.
Due to this first one being at more of an NA time zone, but also on a Friday so some EU people might be up late, I'm going to open this session to be able to cover a number of things depending on demand.
So I will allow a sign up/RSVP, no limit and if no one turns up obviously I can do what ever, but if people do turn up we can go over whatever, no agenda planned, if I know it I will go over it.
This is aimed more at the basics of Arma, but I am knowledgable in a number of other aspects like ace medical, ground assets, etc. considering the tags I do hold.
For anyone that does sign up and actually does turn up, just jump into the general training room in ts around the start time and give me a poke!
This is a no pressure relaxed training, no stupid questions, if anyone laughs at anothers lack of understanding them I will be removing them from the session, so feel free to jump in and admit you aren't sure about anything thats on your mind!

Sit Rep:
You are Norpol squad of the Kommando Spezialkräfte unit in the Bundeswehr. The German islands of Rügen has been captured by the Russians in a power move to try and rebuild the USSR. Your your overall task is recapturing the islands from opposing Russian/USSR forces. We will start with one of the smaller islands that make up Rügen. On this island we suspect that the Russians have continued our experiments that we were conducting on that island. Find were they have brought the project, Codenamed "Odins Will", and the research notes so that the Russians can't continue or replicate the project. We also need you to disable the Anti-Air emplacements they have on the island so we may recapture the island with our main force. Sadly we could not pinpoint were the Russians have brought the experiment and notes, but they should be in 3 of the 6 locations on this map, marked by the orange markers. You will be inserted by RHIB to the northern most docks, they should be clear of Russian thread. Objectives:
Disable all Russian Anti-Air emplacements on the island. Find the 3 research notes for the project. Find the project, Codenamed "Odins Will". Exfilltrate. Loudouts:
Will be provided at spawn through public loadouts, you MAY NOT edit them.

Like Tomo I'm going to play favourite with slots, you may request a slot before someone else but you are guaranteed that slot.

I'm creating and setting a preliminary date and time for this event as we've had about 10 people interested in taking part. (If this does not work we can probably shift the time to after first main if that works better for people with work)
With These numbers in mind we should be able to hold a 1v1 If we have extra people able to go this can be upped to a 3v3
If the Numbers are there I can setup Teams and a Tournament. (If were doing this ill create some team lists in this event and we can assign teams. Otherwise we can just set up some ad hoc teams and let everything catch fire.)
P.s. This is the first time I've tried setting up a calendar event and I can change it if it breeches any rules or guidelines.
