There are 3 possible events you can create. Here they are and explained how:
- Mission Planner: The mission planner is for Main Missions. You have to follow this guide line for the requirements. These events also need approval by CMs.
- Training Planner: The Training Planner is for Training events. If you are running a Training use this calendar.
- Community Events: This is for games other than Arma 3 or special events in Arma 3 which take place during off hours. This includes reserving the server for you and your friends to play together.
If you do something on the Training Planner or the Community Events Calendar, it is preferred that you either take the 2nd Server or make sure nothing else is running at the same time.

Ok, so after some chatting and obvious posts about the quality of zeus' deteriorating, I figured some basic zeus module trainings could be useful and help...
Let me first say ***THIS IS NOT OFFICIAL NOR DOES IT COUNT TOWARDS A TAG!!!*** and I am not a zeus trainer nor do I even have a zeus tag!
I have co zeused a few main missions and dual zeused quite a few off hours missions, I know a good amount of the basics, but far from being an expert so I may not be able to answer every question you have!
However, for those new to zeusing or just not confident enough to try zeusing or ask to co and to help learn, this is your opportunity...
I'm not going to limit the number, but will put up an RSVP - there are 4 zeus slots, but if it works there is a module where we can give players zeus.
The second anyone messes about or does something without me saying, you will be kicked and removed from the training immediately - being zeus training, any fucking about can be a pain, hassle, annoying, distracting and its plain and simply disrespectful!
Any zeus' with tags please feel free to come along and assist as you will know more than me, I just want to make sure that the basics are put across to people, knowledge on how to use the zeus modules, but also ensure people are told not to fuck about in zeus!

n arma basics 1.0 we will cover what happens in the FNG room, joining the server, the slotting up process, the arsenal, movement, how to medic yourself, how to use your short range radio and some other things.
My plan with this training session is to have it end before main mission that way you guys can test out what you have learnt in either the 1st or 2nd main mission. this training session will end 30 minutes before main mission so that gives you guys a chance to have a break, get some food, go to the bathroom or any other stuf you do before mission.
If everyone could head to the General Training room for the training and have there games loaded that would be great. Training will take place on the 2nd server if it is not being used for testing.
This training session will either be run by myself or @ThePointForward
