There are 3 possible events you can create. Here they are and explained how:
- Mission Planner: The mission planner is for Main Missions. You have to follow this guide line for the requirements. These events also need approval by CMs.
- Training Planner: The Training Planner is for Training events. If you are running a Training use this calendar.
- Community Events: This is for games other than Arma 3 or special events in Arma 3 which take place during off hours. This includes reserving the server for you and your friends to play together.
If you do something on the Training Planner or the Community Events Calendar, it is preferred that you either take the 2nd Server or make sure nothing else is running at the same time.

Just a basic introductory training for new people, I will go through how we load into the server, if anyone has trouble I don't mind quickly going over the mods.
I will explain the slotting process and the rank system with how it works.
I will go through use of the Arsenal, rules and suggestions of gear/items and can give a few standard loadouts for people to save ready for missions.
Depending on time and how interested people are I may go through more with how missions tend to get planned out, etc.
This isn't limited to FNG's only, however it maybe a bit boring for Regulars as you have probably been here long enough and in enough missions to know what I'm going through already.
Not sure there will be much interest in this, so just jump into the 'General Training' channel on ts just before the event start.
I will just make sure I'm on ts during these times and if I see people there or poke me, then I will go ahead with the training.
