Unfortunately not, the operators you have unlocked are the ones you can play with. That said, there is utility in many many operators, having every operator doesn't necessarily put your team at an advantage. 

Wait, i might be dumb, are we doing 1 match per weekend or how should i understand:

It depends on how many teams sign up. If we have 2, then it'll be a showmatch that will likely change the time/date of the showmatch. If 3, a round-robin of Bo1s and a Bo3 final which could be done in a weekend, which could again lead to scheduling changes. We're expecting 4 teams+, which lends itself to a round robin and a playoff weekend so that is what the listed time is aimed at.

If it becomes clear that the schedule will change, all players will be informed in advance.

To clarify any discrepency regarding rules - the relevent sections of the ESL ruleset are as follows:

Section 2:

2.18.1, 2.18.3.1-2.18.6, 2.20

Section 3: All

Section 4: 4.17

Section 5: All except 5.3.2

Any other rulings regarding cheating, code of conduct and the like should refer to FK Server rules. Many thanks!

So to be clear we are allowed no uniform cosmetics, so heads and guns are the only allowed cosmetics? Also does this include elite skins?

Correct on the top - no uniform cosmetics, but headgear and guns are fine. Elite skins are not allowed, since some of them blend into backgrounds and provide an unfair advantage. 

The deadline for signing up, as a team or as an individual, is 10am BST (11am CEST, 9am UTC) of the 27th.

Wanted to confirm the map pool. Are we using the current ranked season (Bank, Border, Chalet, Clubhouse, Coastline, Consulate, Kafe Dostoyevsky, Canal, Oregon, Outback, Theme Park, Villa)

or

the ESL (Club House, Consulate, Kafe Dostoyevsky, Border, Coastline, Theme Park, Villa) map pool
